The room was beautifully maintained and equipped with the bedroom, a very big balcony and the water to be fresh as described. The location in an excellent area was best possible and top and there were shopping centres and supermarkets nearby. The hotel was only a short distance to El Arenal downtown.

It was quite near to Megapark. - About 10 minutes on foot.

We were in the low season but that was a bit noisy. - The sound isolation is very poor. The water pressure was just enough.-It took a bit long time to take a shower with it. The TV was in the room but it was not included in the price.

The room was extremely uncomfortable and small. By no means was it worth the 3 star catetory. The buffet was the worst I have ever seen: very scarce and tasteless. This hotel is very noisy at night, with drunk guests arriving late at night and knocking on doors, or rather banging on the doors. We heard drunk people shouting and screaming at night, brawls, etc. I would not recommend this hotel at all. Las habitación era extremadamente incómoda y pequeña. Escaso y nada apetecible. Es muy ruidoso por la noche. Lleno de borrachos que llegan por la noche gritando y armando jaleos. Broncas nocturnas, etc. Muy mal ambiente. En ningún caso recomendaría este hotel a nadie.
